How can we operate legally?

Social club is a private membership only establishment where members are allowed to play recreational games like poker. Social Club does not profit off the poker tables meaning there is no raking involved.

How do we make our money?

As a private social club we charge a door fee and daily/ monthly/ and yearly membership fee. On top, we are a charity event center so we also receive charity donations in the sales of raffle tickets to members playing the charity poker.

Is it a safe place to be?

Yes! We prioritize the safety of our members so as you first check into the club there is armed security to make sure no contraband is allowed in. And violent behavior will not be tolerated inside.

Still not convinced?

We have also been able to get the charity poker business model approved by the city of Buford so as long as all rules and regulations are followed we are completely within our rights to operate.
